I was trying to browse on my phone, but the menus kept lagging and it got frustrating. I wasn’t sure if I was tapping the wrong thing or if the site just wasn’t loading right ??

I was thinking, “Great, how long is this going to take?” But the problem ended up getting fixed quickly. Definitely a relief, and I was happy with how smoothly it was handled.

I liked it when I first got it and it worked fine for a while, but after a few months the strap padding started wearing down. Maybe I’m partly to blame for using it almost every day, but I still expected it to hold up better than that.

Feels solid, works fine, and seems like a good deal for what I paid.

I had to return an item, the whole process was really simple and stress-free. My refund came through just a few days later with no hassle at all. Really happy with how smooth everything went!

I stopped in hoping they’d have what I needed and they actually did, most of the stuff was right there and easy to find so I didn’t have to wander around forever or ask a bunch of people for help

I’m still waiting for my order after a few weeks, which feels a bit longer than I expected. Maybe there’s a delay happening, but it would’ve been nice to get an update.

I ordered a few accessories from Amvrshop hoping they’d make my headset easier to wear for longer sessions. They do help some, and the fit is definitely better than the stock setup, but it’s not like it magically fixed everything.
After about an hour I still start feeling pressure, and I end up adjusting it more than I’d like. i’m kind of tired of having to keep tweaking stuff or dealing with the whole support/return back-and-forth, so I’m just keeping it. It’s okay, just not great. 3 stars feels about right.

I kept checking my order because the tracking barely changed for days, and the website seemed to say one thing while the delivery info said something else. Then out of nowhere it showed as delivered, but nothing had arrived. It was just confusing and frustrating having to keep chasing it myself. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Amvrshop again.

Setting it up was quick and didn’t take much effort. I did get stuck for a minute on one part of the instructions, but that might’ve been on me for skimming instead of actually reading closely. Overall, it went fine and wasn’t a hassle

I ordered a head strap and controller grips from amvrshop for my Quest 3, the products themselves ended up being better than I expected. Everything fit properly, setup was simple, and the headset feels a lot more balanced now, so I can play longer without feeling like I need to take a break.
The only downside was the shipping, which felt slower than it should’ve been, and the packaging was plain. Tracking worked fine and the items arrived okay, but for the wait, I did feel like at least a quick apology or update from the company would’ve been fair. Overall I’m happy with the gear, just not totally impressed with the delivery experience...

Ordered this from amvrshop.com and overall the packaging was good. The box had a little scuff on one corner, but that seemed more like a shipping thing than anything else.

Inside, everything was packed in tight and the product had enough protection around it. Nothing was loose, cracked, or broken, so that part was definitely nice.

I’m only not giving it full stars because the outer box could probably be a bit sturdier. Still happy with it though, and this was a decent experience overall.

I ordered one accessory and somehow got a completely different one in the box. How does that even happen? To be fair, support did sort it out eventually, but it was still frustrating. Who wants to spend extra time fixing a mistake they didn’t make?

I wasn’t totally sure about it at first, but it does fit my Quest 3 fine and works with the headset. Not much else to say, it does what I needed it to do.

The site was easy to use overall, and I didn’t really have trouble finding my way around, which is always a good thing. The layout makes sense and nothing felt confusing or hard to figure out. That said, the design itself is kind of basic. It’s not ugly or anything, but it also doesn’t really stand out or feel very modern. Some sections look like they could use a refresh, especially if they want the site to feel a bit more polished. The product pages do the job and show what you need, but they’re not especially stylish or eye-catching. So basically, it works fine and looks okay, but it’s more on the simple side than impressive.

I ordered from amvrshop.com thinking the higher price would mean better quality, but come on now, it really didn’t feel like anything special once I got it. The item works okay, so I can’t say it’s terrible, but the material feels cheaper than I expected for what I paid. Shipping was fine and there weren’t any major issues there. I just don’t think the value is really there, and next time I’d probably shop around a bit more before buying

I was able to adjust the straps without much trouble, but it still doesn’t feel quite right on me. It’s usable, just a little awkward for my liking.

I got it done in the end, but a few parts of the instructions were kind of confusing. Most of it was common sense, so I could figure it out, but it would’ve been easier if the steps were a little clearer.

I had a question about my order and support did eventually reply with the info I needed. It just took a little longer than I expected, and maybe I was being a bit impatient because I had other stuff going on and wanted to get it sorted quickly. The wait was kind of annoying, but they were helpful in the end, so overall I’d say the service was okay
